STUDENT AGREEMENT
Fee for Online Course + 6 hours of behind the wheel package is $496
Fee for Online Course Only is $136
This contract constitutes an agreement between Safari Driving School L. L. C and the student, parent or guardian. No verbal agreement or promises will be recognized. This contract will expire six months from the registration date. No refunds will be given once registered.
Student is required to take behind the wheel training within six months to obtain the white card. This contract and student program will expire if the student turns 18 years old. No refunds will be given once student turns 18 years. More than one student maybe allowed in the training vehicle during the behind the wheel session. Safari Driving School L. L. C does not guarantee a Driver License for any student.
All students are required to call Safari Driving School L. L. C to schedule their behind the wheel training. The student must have instruction permit in his or her possession during the behind the wheel training.
If a student needs to cancel a lesson, Safari Driving School L. L. C must be notified 24 hours in advance. If a student is sick, the student must submit a doctor’s note to Safari Driving School L. L. C. If a student misses a scheduled lesson without notifying Safari Driving School L. L. C at least 24 hours in advance he/she will be charge $90.00
If the student needs a refund for their online course, they will be charged a $30.00 fee.
In case of unexpected gas price hikes and business expenses, Safari Driving School L. L. C reserves the right to charge extra $30 per student.

This data will be used to provide you with services you have purchased and to comply with recordkeeping requirements. You have the right to refuse to supply the data asked for, however, we will not be able to render the services purchased without this data being provided. This data will not be sold to or shared with entities that are not directly involved in providing these services.
